On-Site Pricing

On-site finishes are priced by surface square footage on a per job basis, averaging $3 - $5 per square foot and up. Initial consultations are $50 per hour and include design, finish and color consultation, measuring, and estimating the price of the job. Once a job price and estimated time to complete the project are established, a lump sum proposal is issued in writing, along with separate pricing for a trip charge, if applicable. This lump sum proposal includes the price for design schematics, material, labor, equipment, and up to three working samples. Additional samples are $50 each. The proposal includes the estimated time required to complete the finish. Signing and returning a proposal serves as a contract for the work. A 40% payment of the lump sum price and 100% of the trip charge are required to start the project. The balance is due upon completion. Jobs over 5,000 square feet of wall space get a reduced per square foot price and special payment considerations.

Studio Pricing

Studio projects are priced per job based on finish and size.

• Floor cloths average $10 to $20 per square foot depending on the pattern and detail
• Painted tiles average $35 to $40 each depending on the detail
• A mural of 9 6x6 inch tiles averages $350 to $400
• Electrical plates and HVAC covers average $10 and up depending on size and detail
• Murals on canvas, canvas panels and wood panels, original art on canvas, furniture decoration and decorative accessories are priced on a per job basis
• Prices for unusually simple or complex imagery may be less or more than the above price range
• A minimum charge of $100.00 per job is required
